Everything was perfect. The host messaged us that the room is ready and provided all the information about our stay plus gave recommendations about restaurants and best city views. It was easy to contact by messaging or call if something was needed. Parking was behind the hotel, the location was just amazing.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Just a five-minute walk from Malbork Castle, it offers stunning views of the Nogat River. It’s so new that it’s not even on Google Street View yet. While the area in front is still under construction, with a rough road leading to the entrance, the hotel itself is gorgeous, offering convenient parking and easy access to everything nearby. We stayed in a spacious, two-story Superior Double Room that was perfect for our family. The room exceeded our expectations, with a comfortable sofa bed downstairs and both a double bed and an extra full-size bed upstairs. The space was generous, and the best part was the beautiful view of the river right from our window. Both floors had air conditioning, each controlled by its own remote. The room was ultra-modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with USB ports for easy device charging. I had read about the unique glass-walled bathroom and was a bit concerned about privacy, but the design was clever. The use of matte film and a thick curtain provided all the privacy we needed, and our teenage son didn’t even notice it! It’s a brilliant solution that worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. They offered complimentary coffee and tea in the reception area, which was a nice touch, even though some guests mentioned missing kettles in the rooms. The Wi-Fi worked well, with a stronger signal in the living room, and there was a fridge for storing snacks and drinks. Breakfast was served in a well-set-up room on the lower level, which also serves as a dinner space. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options, though some items could have been replenished a bit quicker. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic, and the excellent price-to-quality ratio made it even better. The historical photos on the walls added a lovely touch, bringing the local history to life. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return!

    Ideal location easy 10 min walk to train and Malbork castle. Main entrance underwhelming next to shopping centre but hotel modern tasteful with spacious clean functional room. Comfortable bed Suggest please don't use fragranced laundry detergent for bed linens and towels. Pillow reeked of fragrance - most unpleasant for many people and recent evidence suggests adverse health effects. Most hotels recognise this now and use unfragranced linens.

    Amazing unique stylish apartment with wooden notes, clean and comfortable rooms with amazing panoramic windows to the river. The furniture and environment in fact are modern and well looked. Kitchen was equipped by dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, refrigerator, stovetop. The location is perfect to visit old town and the Malbork castle of course. hotel has private parking at the same time. Great cozy place for staying! The shower and bathroom itself is wide and clean.

    Hotel is new and has a super location if you are visiting Malbork castle. Castle is just stone throw from front door of the hotel. Our family room was spacious and on two floors. Room was cold at first but the owner came and changed floor heating and aircon temperature and explained how things work (it was 23.20) - it was really pleasant stay after that! Owner also gave corkscrew. Breakfast was modest but had everything we needed - even pancakes. Parking is free so you can leave the car in front of the hotel for castle visit.

    Great location near to the medieval Malbork castle complex which was the reason I booked the room. Lady at the reception was kind also the waitresses in the fastfood restaurant in the hotel object were helpfull.

    Location close to Malbork Castle, but far enough away from the noise & busy life of the festival. The facilities of the chalet were exceptional. We will visit Malbork & will hopefully stay here again. We all slept really comfortably and enjoyed the quiet. No noise of other guests as you'll get in a hotel. Our little guy loved the swings, sand pit & trampoline. I loved the hot shower & sunny private veranda.

    Apartment was spotless. A lot of hotels could learn how to clean from the owners of this apartment. Beds are really comfortable, the internet was super fast broadband. There was plenty of free parking outside the building, local small supermarket is literally 2 minute walk. Apartment is located 10 minute walk from the Malbork castle too.
