We had an extraordinary stay! The staff were amazing, everything was very clean and convenient, we could even check-in earlier. The location is very convenient. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Clan hotel and I must commend the outstanding service provided by Jonathan at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. Our room was immaculate and well-appointed, offering stunning views of Singapore. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi, made our stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a large soaking tub, a rain shower, and luxurious toiletries! I totally recommend this hotel- didnt want to leave from there!!

Room is huge with harbor view. Huge bed with comfortable pillows. No water bottles but filtered cold /hot water is available in room. Nescafé Coffees were convenient and great. Combs and toothbrushes are made of bamboo suggesting high grade of SDG.

    Best time to go in the evening after 6:00PM and book online.

    Best time to go in the evening after 6:00PM and book online. Do not miss the light show at 7:45PM and 8:45PM and the northern lights show using laser. Do not forget to take some flash enabled cameras as Marina bay sands will be litup in the night when up in the observatory deck.

    Fantastic way to spend the day.

    Fantastic way to spend the day. Beautiful during the day and absolutely stunning at night with the laser light show to music. Be sure to go into the dome so see the beautiful gardens there and it is a chance to get out of the hot sun into airconditioned wonder with waterfalls and so many levels of plants and sculptures to see. Loved our time there.

    Very Large Crowds for the evening Light Shows ! The first one was better than the Second one. Worth seeing once, but oh so many people, and queues. Good luck getting a Taxi afterwards. better to use Subway trains.

    Amazing place to visit. Modern, different, attractive for all kind of tourists. Loved every minute. In one part of the garden are flowers and vegies, and in another part rain forest. We bought tickets online.

    The metro is far from the entrances, so you cannot use the metro with kids or elderly - unless the kids have a scooter. I would recommend you need about 2 hours for each of the venues e.g. 2 to 3 hours for cloud forest, another 2 to 3 hours for flower dome. The flower dome and cloud forest could do with more variety of flowers. The staging with different themes is nice. The vegetation is nice but repetitive. The people at the ticket area are not friendly - so don't expect much. Make sure you buy your tickets form their main website. The people receiving you at the various venues are friendly. Do not use your credit card on the open wifi - there are fraudsters. Happened twice to us on both our visits. We traced it back to their open wifi. The larger gardens are very well maintained, neat, beautifully kept. To enjoy these gardens go early - in Singapore it rains almost every afternoon. So you can enjoy the gardens in the morning, and head into shelter as you enjoy the Cloud Forest or Flower dome in the afternoon. The best and most memorable part of Gardens by the Bay is the Light Symphony. This is spectacular and a must see. The shows are at 7.45pm and 8.45pm every evening. But make sure you come with a blanket or mat to sit on the floor. It gets crowded.

    Out of this world.

    Out of this world. I think each and every big city should have similar urban forests. Amazing. I think one of the attractions was closed for maintenance when we were there. I will definitely visit this place again when I am there next time.

    Brilliant location with MRT station (Clarke Quay) virtually below the hotel. Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa Island were all very easy to get to, in very quick time. Travelling from Changi Airport to Paradox Singapore by MRT was just as easy which saved us, a couple, a lot of money. The breakfast menu was extensive with all styles of food from Eastern to Western. A great start to the day which gave us the luxury of dinner being the next meal! Excellent housekeeping; fresh towels daily and the bed was made daily as well.

There’s a bus stop right opposite the hotel with Bus 133, which goes directly to Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay.     We liked everything about Dao . We were fortunate enough to have an upgrade so that gave us more space. Our 'apartment' on floor 31 was absolutely perfect. Check-in was easy & the staff were all helpful & friendly. The bed was super comfortable & we enjoyed the view. Location was perfect for Gardens by the Bay & activities near Marina Bay. We felt spoilt by luxury. Would stay again if we are in Singapore again & certainly would recommend.

    We had a fantastic stay at Swissôtel The Stamford. The staff were welcoming and took care of our luggage on arrival, making check-in smooth. The hotel is perfectly located above Raffles City shopping mall, just two minutes from the MRT (City Hall), and close to major attractions like Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay. Our room on level 33 was modern, clean, and had a beautiful city view. There are two pools (adult and kids), plus a complimentary adults-only spa.

    Excellent staff, very welcoming. The hotel itself offered great opportunities to relax as a family, from the pool, to restaurants, access to must see sites of Singapore (Gardens by the Bay, Observation Deck, Merlion) and with the MRT right under the hotel we could easily get around Singapore quickly to the local areas.
