The friendliness of the staffs, cleanliness of the hotel. Especially Vijay at the Front Desk. He has been very helpful and friendly, thank you for helping us with the disposable cutlery (forgotten to ask from grab) for our late dinner. Holiday Inn JBCC is just opp Sentral JB. Super convenient!
