This hotel is one of our favourites that we have found whilst travelling Thailand. The beds are comfy and big, the rooms are big, the A/C is amazing, the pool area is great. What really sets this hotel apart from the rest is the staff. They are so helpful and go above and beyond, they make you feel like you are the only guest at the hotel and have an eye for attention to detail. We loved this hotel so much that we rebooked to stay there again and are really looking forward to returning.

    This was our second time staying at the Pingviman Hotel. We enjoy the Lanna-style décor of the hotel and love that it’s a smaller property. It feels intimate and welcoming. The location is excellent, with plenty to explore on foot. We especially enjoyed walking to the Chiang Mai Gate Market most evenings for delicious street food and a lively atmosphere. The pool area is great for getting in some laps. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable (compared to many others we’ve stayed in throughout the region).

    The location was on Saturday Walking Street and a short walk to the moat at Chiang Mai Gate, making it convenient to numerous eateries. The room was comfortable and clean, with limited English TV options and WiFi that was challenging speedwise at times. Good A/C and laptop safe, reasonable breakfast buffet selection. Very quiet setting back from the main road.
