The location is excellent. The front desk members, their welcome, their kindness and smiling faces, helpfulness was 10+/10. The room was spacious, quite and with a great view. The twin beds very large and comfortable. Room service was great. House cleaning lady was great also. All staff made our stay very enjoyable. The courtesy treats at the room and lobby bar were a pleasant touch. Thank you.

The hotel is located in the centre of Adana, just 15minutes walking from the Havas bus stop, next to the Stone bridge. Also, very close to the mosque and 15minutes from the old bazaar. The hotel is in the traditional old building with the top roof bar. The hotel is full of antique – very impressive! The room is big and furnished with the good taste with the comfortable bed and seating area. The breakfast was great and delicious serve in the beautiful porcelain. The interior of hotel is just superb! The staff are professional and helpful. After check-out, I could leave my luggage in the reception area as my departure was in the evening.

Very friendly staff, from the moment I walked in the hotel for check in I felt that the staff did care about their guests. Following a quick check in I was shown my room, which was very clean. Toilet and bathroom are separated by a glass wall. Bathroom had the shower head as well as a rainfall shower. All the usual toiletries as well as shaving kit and toothbrush & paste were also added to make the guests feel home. My only recommendation, for the price of stay, could be ironing facilities as well as scales in the room, even maybe a couple of items to be dry cleaned free of charge as a goodwill gesture. The gym in the hotel is very well equipped, you can find all cardio as well as the free weights and other equipment. Turkish bath (hamam), sauna, jacuzi and pool are also included in your stay, if you want a massage that's charged extra. I didn't use the pool facilities, but it looked nice and big. Breakfast was nice and there were plenty to choose from, continental breakfast, local tastes such as menemen and sucuk etc., selection of breads and pastries. The hotel is built on a main busy road, close to the amenities like the shopping centre but the traffic may be a bit disturbing at times. Also, I forgot a few items in the room and remembered only in the evening of the same day. When I called the hotel, they told me that they have the items in lost and found and kindly offered to send them via courier which was great! Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would stay again.

    Excellent hotel on the river in Adana, in a beautifully restored Ottoman house. We arrived two hours before check-in time and were given a room after 40 minutes spent at the lovely rooftop bar overlooking the new mosque on one side and the stone bridge on the other. Charming rooms, easy parking right outside the front door, and plenty of good restaurants (Adana Kebap!) nearby.

    Breakfast was great a help yourself buffet. Lots of choice. The staff were the best so helpful and kind even when communicating was difficult due to my lack of Turkish. The hotel was in a great position for all the sights such as the stone bridge and so many interesting mosques . I had a great time.

    Location is great being very central and only a 15 min walk to the stone bridge, central park, camii, music museum etc. Staff were great before we got there with questions answered quickly and clearly but also during our stay they went out of their way to help and make suggestions.
