United KingdomCharming hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. We only stayed one night and were visiting friends locally, so we didn't have the chance to use the hot spring facilities. They did look good though.

PhilippinesMy overall stay was pretty comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The room was very spacious and has the castle feel. They showed us a shortcut to the farm. It’s also near the bus stop and is super easy to find. We had a hard time getting foods for dinner since there are not many shops nearby but they were kind enough to offer us foods for dinner for free, which we really appreciate!
