NetherlandsFantastic location, super central to everything. You can walk to so many sightseeing places. Beautiful view from the room (11th floor) over the lake, pier and surrounding buildings. Amazing swimming pool, very decent size to swim (go early before families arrive). Room spacious enough, bright and clean, with comfortable beds.
The building of the hotel itself is gorgeous, you can spot it from far, including from Skydeck

GermanyThe service and the people were absolutely amazing , I can say say without a doubt that was the best customer service we have ever received !!!!!!! But I would like to point out 3 people that just blew my mind and they went above and beyond unfortunate I don’t remember their names . I was a beautiful african American lady at the service desk and two Hispanic gentlemen , one that helped us with the suitcases and the other with our vehicle . I am German and American service has always been a bit superficial to me but these three people were so sincere in their service and friendliness it was just absolutely amazing . Please extend my deepest gratitude and thank u for being a part in our vacation .

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful.
