I love my stay at Ha Noi Oi Hotel. My room was so beautiful, same as the pictures. The hotel is very near Hoan Kiem Lake and can walk to Old Quarter, the street Ba Trieu is peaceful

Everyone from staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and genuinely interested to make our stay comfortable and fun. Special compliments to the amazing Kim with whom we interacted the most and she went above and beyond to make sure we are having a memorable honeymoon trip. Location was fantastic - located right in the centre of Hanoi Old town so it is in the middle of everything. Also special thanks to Mai and all the staff for making our stay feel truly special! Very accomodating and helpful. They helped me book Ninh Binh and Ha Long bay tours which were truly amazing and worth the money! If we ever return to Hanoi we will definitely stay here. Thanks again Mai, Bryan and all the staff for everything :)
