Everyone from staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and genuinely interested to make our stay comfortable and fun. Special compliments to the amazing Kim with whom we interacted the most and she went above and beyond to make sure we are having a memorable honeymoon trip. Our stay felt like being at home and surrounded with friends. Super location - central but not crazy busy. Nice rooms.

Location was fantastic - located right in the centre of Hanoi Old town so it is in the middle of everything. Also special thanks to Mai and all the staff for making our stay feel truly special! Very accomodating and helpful. They helped me book Ninh Binh and Ha Long bay tours which were truly amazing and worth the money! If we ever return to Hanoi we will definitely stay here. Thanks again Mai, Bryan and all the staff for everything :)

This is an elegant building to see in passing but not worth making a special journey to unless you intend watching a performance there. There are equally elegant if smaller buildings especially in the French Quarter to see of all ages and degrees of shabbiness. Remember when walking around the old quarter of Hanoi to look up as you are avoiding getting run over, to see the real Hanoi above the street level and marvel at the styles, building hot-potch and evidence of former if unregulated buildings and wonder how they manage to stay up.
