Pictures are accurate, quality new hotel/apartment. All staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. Great size room, with quality fixtures and fittings. Good breakfast options. Perfect for a relaxing stay, with Westlake and the many cafes just 5-10 mins walk, and high end shopping malls 10 mins drive away.

Proactive, supportive and helpful team. Very clean rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Very good quality of the services proposed (laundry, breakfast, taxi to airport, amongst others). Excellent advices and guidance on the different cities and regions to visit in Vietnam, there are available leaflets created by the team. Good location, 5 mins walking distance from Đồng Xuân market, even thought the rooms facing the main street could be slighty noisy. I had an excellent experience staying there, I extended my bookings several times. I would highly recommend.

    I loved riding around west lake visiting obscure coffee shops, playing cards and board games with friends. A beautiful sunset over the lake is amazing to capture. Along with a visit to the local temple. You also can’t pass up a local coconut (Kem) ice cream 🍦.

    Its a big lake and everything around it are few and far...

    Its a big lake and everything around it are few and far between, we went there for lunch, found a nice mexican (of all things) and a nice park, a more authentic spot with markets but mainly is residential.

    It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind...

    It is a nice walk from the Train Street if you don’t mind dealing with millions of scooters. First you stop at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and from there you have 15 minutes to get to the lake. You will walk through the very nice neighborhoods where most embassies seem to be located. There is a nice trail around the lake where you can observe local sport fishermen.

    Very spacious apartment luxury apartment. We booked a two bedroom. That is two bedrooms and a very big central space with fully equipped kitchen. It is on the waterside of west lake. Here and there the rooms could be a little better maintained and also could do with some beter cleaning of the bathroom. Parking in front is a challenge, but that’s up to the taxi. We recommend it.

    You have an wonderful view over the west lake, its quiet even though its very central and the apartment is very comfy. You can take a stroll around the lake, there are nice restaurants nearby and a very cute cafe on the first floor. Def can recommend this place wholeheartedly
