I had a fantastic stay at Mercure Pristina Hotel. The staff were friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The sauna and ice bath were great for relaxation after exploring. The location was perfect for peace and quiet, yet close to main attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel for comfort and quality!

Excellent location! We were warmly welcomed by Ismad, who checked us in and immediately showed us to our room. And what a lovely room it was! He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience in Pristina. He even recommended a nearby restaurant, Liburnia – honestly, one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The parking right in front of the hotel was very convenient, giving us peace of mind about leaving the car safely. The room itself was huge, with a beautiful bathroom perfect for a relaxing shower, and a balcony facing the front of the hotel. Surprisingly, even with the cars outside, the room was very well soundproofed. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed both the comfort of the hotel and the warm hospitality.
