I've been fortunate enough to stay in many 5* hotels, but never have I experienced customer service on this level. The staff is so kind. Nothing is too much. Their attention to detail is beyond expectation and what makes the experience really unique is that their care for their is very personalised and seems genuine en sincere. The breakfast was amazing and their gym is also really good.

The hotel looks newly renovated and the facilities are in great condition. Our room was very spacious and nicely furnished. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is in a great location, right on the water and close to most of the tourist attractions in Cape Town. Definitely the best place we stayed in while in South Africa

    Long Street during my trip to Cape Town.

    Long Street during my trip to Cape Town. The area is full of energy, with lots of great restaurants, bars, and unique shops within walking distance. It’s perfect if you want to experience the city’s nightlife and cultural vibe. The historic buildings and diverse crowd give the area a special charm. However, it can get quite noisy at night, especially on weekends, so light sleepers might want to keep that in mind. Also, be aware of your surroundings, especially after dark, as it’s a busy area with a mix of people. Overall, Long Street is a fun and lively place to stay if you’re looking to explore Cape Town’s local flavor.

    Watch out for muggers and thieves.

    Watch out for muggers and thieves. We were approached when we were trying to book an Uber and they told us a tale about no Ubers collect where we were but as they were security they would show us where was safe and we could get an Uber for there. They were criminals working a scam to take you somewhere to relieve you of your phone, credit cards and money - beware.

    When Long Street is busy, it is actually quite tolerable, but on quiet days, there are just the prostitutes, beggars and drug dealers. It doesn't feel particularly unsafe (to an adult male), but it is stressful and unpleasant to walk along.

    The guys at the reception were very helpful. The room was very comfortable and big . My first room had a problem and when they noticed ,I was quickly upgraded to a bigger and better room. The rooms also look exactly as the photos. Loved my stay and would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay. The hotel is also on the best street ,Long street and you could literally walk around and explore the city .
