The manor is simply exquisite in a breathtaking surrounding. The rooms large and beautifully kept.
The staff were so kind and helpful. Our meals were fantastic.

This drive is not for the faint hearted but if you are prepared it is worth every minute. The roads are all gravel, rough, broken up and falling away down the mountainsides. It’s so peaceful with lots of bird life and a pack of 7 springboks. The location is great for the Swartberg Pass, Cango Caves, ostrich farms, central Oudtshoorn and some great restaurants. However everything is catered for in the cottage and spending the evenings around the braai was just perfect for us. Our host Neil was very helpful and informative, and made us feel totally at home!
