We stayed here two nights, and we loved it! The cottages are as cute as in the pictures, and very clean. It was a bit cold when we were there, so we had the chance of lighting a fire in the fireplace of the room (wood and stuffs to light a fire is provided in the room), which made the evenings extra special. The staff is very welcoming, and the restaurant very good. All in all, a delightful stay!

We made the chocolate and pineapple tours which were really interesting. Also the Nighttours was quite interesting.

Our bathroom was just incredible with a bath, a shower and a separate waterfall shower. The view and location is breathtaking. It’s secluded enough to make you feel slightly off the grid and the scenery is beautiful. There are some amazing plants to see and plenty of humming birds flying around that make the experience magical. Whoever designed this hotel has put a lot of thought into detail and must have loved nature. There are waterfalls at the property which cannot be missed.

The cabin and the property is simply beautiful and clean. The pool and views are amazing and the owner is very friendly. Can only recommend it.

This was a unique lodging opportunity for my family and I. It was so special to see how this couple had transformed this part of land from a cattle field to their own jungle for growing vanilla. It was very private and right above the river. A perfect first stop for recovering from the long over night airplane ride. You are just far enough away from the main road and tourist attractions to relax on the front porch and watch for birds! It is rustic but well kept and has everything you need.

The owners and staff couldn’t have been more helpful organizing tours. The cabins were rustic but charming and the landscape was breathtaking.

We booked last minute so missed out on the evening Bat Tour. If you go be sure to book this in advance. Otherwise you don't need a tour. The place is amazing with all of the wildlife - actually not on the trails but close to the rooms. The trails are lots of fun and the hanging bridges espescially.
