We are still overwhelmed by the beautiful mountain landscape, the greenery and the hospitality and kindness of the staff of the Hara Lodge. It is a lively oasis with green gardens, an amazing view and delicious authentic food (the best breakfast we had during our whole trip and great seasonal dinner). The staff was awaiting us with a traditional welcoming ceremony for newlyweds, a traditional romantic dinner in ceremonial clothing and a romantic honeymoon suite decorated with love and lighted by candles. It was a beautiful surprise and gift for our marriage! They also managed to organise a local artist to accompany our sunset dinner. We had the most magical time and are still full of gratitude for this experience and meeting these kind berber people. We couldn’t have dreamed of anything more and are certain to come back and to recommend this stay to our friends and family. Many thanks again to the most welcoming host Mohamed and the rest of the staff Khalifa, Amal, Naima, Meryem and so many more. Omar, in particular, deserves special praise for his exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to customer service.

S ubytováním jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Pokoj se nachází v samostatném domečku, ve kterém byla jak ložnice, tak koupelna. Koupelna je podle našich zkušeností spíše nadstandartní v porovnání s ostatními místy, které jsme v Maroku navštívili. Tekla zde teplá voda. Samotné místo se nachází v krásné lokalitě uprostřed oázy mezi datlovníky. V okolí je zahrada, o kterou se majitelé starají, takže je to velmi příjemné místo, kde si lze odpočinout, jen tak posedět nebo v noci sledovat hvězdy. Snídaně byla výborná, navíc jsme dostali na vyzkoušení i domácí med a cukroví. Doufám, že se zde ještě vrátíme.

Helpful and kind staff, they gave us the best apartment possible and made our stay so special and offered us so so much. The staff (the receptionist and one of the waiter) had a fantastic approach to our toddler girl and made her feel like a princess. We had a welcome tea and welcome evening with a drumming session. Food was very good and breakfasts were outstanding, so yummy and filling. No need to worry about lack of food or water! Facilities very good. A beautiful eco lodge with traditional, ethnic and beautiful arrangments. Lots of shadow places to hide from the strong sun. Swimming pool with clean water and sunbeds. We were offered an evening walk with a staff member showing us around. They also taught us how to make tagine 😊 Great experience, we really loved every single moment being there ❤️
