The restaurant offers freshly made breakfasts based on a varied menu, ensuring that the food is always fresh and prepared to order. The dinner service is also well-organized, but it requires planning from travelers, as the hotel requests advance notice for dinner reservations to guarantee fresh and high-quality meals. The hotel is somewhat removed from the city, making it secluded and quiet. However, the transfer service provided by the hotel to the falls and city center is very convenient and works seamlessly. I would like to highlight the cordiality of the hotel team, who were always available to assist and answer all my questions. They helped me with everything from arranging airport transfers to giving tips on where to buy souvenirs in the city. A special thanks to Grace, who helped me organize tours and kindly arranged a breakfast bag for the day when my tour started before breakfast service. Be sure to do the Sunset Cruise offered by the Lodge – it's a unique experience!

Viktoriiny vodopády se nachází 4,4 km odtud. this place is just wonderful! the staff are so lovely and friendly. the lodges are perfectly equipped, very clean, and have everything you could need: fantastic wifi in rooms and common areas (great for remote working), large bed, bathtub and shower, ac, mosquito net, great storage space for luggage, etc. the pool is a great addition and there is also a common fridge + cold water dispenser on property which means you don’t need to purchase water. the location is a little out of town ($5 in a taxi each way) but it didn’t bother me. they also have many brilliant breakfast options - including for vegans. i was spoilt for choice.

Sit on the front porch and see baboons, rhino, antelope, giraffe and Impala. What a treat! Will go back

From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone—from the chef to the grounds staff—was warm, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring a top-tier experience. The rooms have a beautiful rustic exterior while offering modern comfort inside. The property itself is stunning, and I found it worth every penny. My tour guide, Mike, was hospitable and thoughtful, making every excursion even more enjoyable. The woman who handled laundry and ironing went above and beyond—her attention to detail was truly appreciated. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add more lighting around the property, but that’s a minor note in an otherwise flawless stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this lodge—10/10! A fantastic experience all around.
