The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the views were stunning. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a great variety. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and would love to return!

This accommodation is located 80 metres from Interlaken Ost Train Station and 6 km of Harder Kulm in the centre of Interlaken. Simply the best hotel experience I have ever had. Starting with the excellent location , which is directly in front of the Interlaken Ost train station. Regarding the cleanness , the hotel was very clean and it has daily room service . Also, The Wifi and the overall facilities were great. Lastly , the hospitality of the staff made the experience even better , they were cooperative and helpful. Thank you

Marco was very attentive to our every request, constantly making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. It's rare for us to get such a good experience from hosts! Otherwise, the location was perfect for us, and having a parking spot nearby really helped us when we were arriving late at night from the Summerside Festival in a nearby town. The apartment itself was large and comfortable, and it was great to have a balcony we could relax at the end of a long day.

I visited in beginning of October and it was easy to get there by public transport during that time (it might be different when snow covers the mountain pass). Tickets for some of the local cable cars were included and for some other ones I got a discount (I've used free cable cars only as I've stayed for one day and there was only that much I could visit). I would really encourage to walk around the lake that is down from the hotel as it is beautiful and the view from the dam is also great! Breakfast was very nice as well. One thing to keep in mind - hotel is high up (1900-2000 meters) and if you are not used to mountain hotels, you might have worse sleep quality, not because of the beds or something, but because air is thinner up there and your body need to adjust to that.
