Lo staff dell'Aarya hotel, unitamente alla sua posizione e alle caratteristiche della struttura, è una delle principali caratteristiche che mi ha spinto a pernottare per ben due volte all'interno della struttura. Bellissima la colazione sul rooftop con vista panoramica su Katmandu come anche la piscina a sfioro che affaccia sul medesimo scenario. Un luogo prezioso considerando anche che riesce a preservare quiete e intimità nel pieno centro del frenetico quartiere di Thamel.

Camera spaziosa, pulitissima e confortevole, dotata di balcone e aria condizionata. Letti comodissimi. Personale gentilissimo (staff sempre sorridente!). Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile, cordiale e sempre attento ai bisogni degli ospiti. Colazione ottima (dolce e salata). Terrazza a disposizione ai piani superiori con tavolini, una vista spettacolare e anche uno spazio per fare yoga! Piscina bella e molto curata. Ristorante in loco con cibi davvero super! Posizione fantastica: lontana dai rumori delle strade principali ma a pochi minuti da tutto.

Shuvatara Suites and Spa exceeds all expectations. First of all, they organized a transfer from the airport (included in the price) and an early check-in which was a blessing after 8 hours of flying and early morning arrival. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works perfectly, great shower with hot water, nice and soft bedding, plenty of lighting scenarios. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and there are many options for eggs and beverages. The staff were super kind and helpful, always there to answer questions and guide the guests through hotel services. Unfortunately I could not enjoy the spa being very tired, but sauna & jacuzzi available free of charge are definitely a treat. The restaurant and rooms have a breathtaking views as well. The area around the hotel is well-maintained and pretty. I easily found a yoga studio, coworking space, coffee and food spots within 5 minutes walk. So if you are jet lagged like I am, you’ll easily be able to stay within a short radius and not get yourself too tired. I totally recommend to stay here!

The Skye Inn was the perfect introduction to Katmandu. Although I arrived at 1:00 AM, they had a driver waiting. The staff was consistently informative and welcome. The buffet breakfast had many delicious selections. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of Kathmandu, with money a money exchange, restaurants and shops within steps. I plan to return to Nepal and the Skye Inn will be my choice once again.

Absolutely divine hotel amongst the dust and chaos of Kathmandu. We have stayed here twice and wouldn't consider anywhere else. Always clean, professional, safe, comfortable, and filling (breakfast buffet). We stayed here as a family and really appreciated Sachin's warm character at breakfast. He is the epitome of customer service and charm. They will store luggage for you while you trek, too! Heater in the room works a charm, beds are fluffy and clean, elevator if you're on a higher floor, beautiful rooftop terrace for meals, very clean rooms, and very hot water. Perfect!
