Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort & Spa is a rustic resort in a tranquil area of Thua Thien Hue. We loved everything about our stay at Pilgrimage Villa! Our family stayed in two attached rooms, which were generous in size and super comfortable. Each had a spacious balcony to relax on. We honestly didn't want to leave the resort during the day, enjoying the spa, the yoga and tai chi classes, and swimming in the outdoor heated pool (a welcome surprise, since we happened to be in Vietnam during some surprisingly chilly winter days). We loved the included expansive breakfast buffet and the afternoon drinks and could have spent many more than our 5 nights there. The best highlight was the incredibly accommodating, interested, and kind staff. It was notable that every staff member, from grounds to housekeeping, to management greeted each guest when passing, making all feel welcome. They used WhatsApp to communicate with guests, constantly ensuring all needs were met, and personalizing the experience at the resort. The communication and attention to detail was truly impressive from Claudia, Thanh, and Cristy. We are so appreciative of the special time our family enjoyed at Pilgrimage Village and send our thanks to the entire staff.

The place is very cozy and calm. It's next to river so it's cool during hot days of summer. The room is spacious with comfort beds. Not many guest as it's a bit out skirt but we love that.

Don't too picky about the smell, its hot spring from underground, you will get used to it after 5 mins. - Ganban is another beautiful touch with 4 different rooms, ensure you feel relaxed after this. - Employees are so nice & friendly, esp reception and restaurant team (Dieu Ai is amazing one). - Garden will make you feel you're in Japan. All of these with unbeatable prices. You shouldn't miss this and there is no doubt I'd love love love to come back.

It is such a perfect place, the lush garden, the beuatiful rooms (we changed rooms while there because avalaibilty/last minute booking), the staff, the restaurant. Don’t care about the location, it is easy with Grab.

This place was absolutely perfect. We liked everything about this resort. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the restaurant/breakfast was very good. The view from our vila was spectacular and you could find in the room everything what you need. Also, it was very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed perfect pool, excellent massage, tennis court and other facilities. Especially big thanks to our assistant Giang who made our stay unforgettable amazing and for sure we will come back to this resort any next chance we have. The hospitality here is the next level and you will enjoy every single second here.
