Staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. Any outside travels were arranged with outside drivers with no mark-up for the hotel. When we had cause to celebrate, a good prosecco (we live in Italy) was arranged at the lowest cost possible. I'd very warmly recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Thimphu for work or leisure.

Perfect and comfortable stay, with family including elderly parents and our toddler daughter. Hotel had all necessary facilities, good choice of food, great location and very very helpful staff. Using the Indoor heated swimming pool in the cold weather was the highlight !

Very spacious and bright room. We particularly liked spending the evening on the balcony, with amazing views over Thimphu.

The staff were extremely friendly and cordial. Breakfast was excellent. Delicious food and menu. They also have a terrace where you can spend time enjoying a scenic mountain view. The hotel room is equipped with a heater among all the modern amenities. They attended to our every need. Highly recommended for family & solo travellers.

The location of the hotel is excellent; between the airport and Tiger's Nest. Room is spacious. WiFi is fast. Breakfast and food generally is very good. The hotel organized transportation to Tiger's Nest, hot stone bath and the airport. The guide for visiting in Tiger's Nest was from the hotel. Excellent, friendly staff.

Hotel Khamsum se 3 hvězdičkami se nachází v destinaci Paro. Na místě je k dispozici restaurace, pokojová služba, nepřetržitě otevřená recepce a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Nice place on the edge of Paro, but within walking distance to all the souvenir shops. The food served in the restaurant was very nice as well. It is around a 5 min drive to the airport and they provide a packed breakfast if you need to check out early (most flights leave Paro in the morning). Happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Paro.
