Clean, comfortable and warm, even though it was less than 5 degrees Celsius outside (mix of wooden stove and electric heater). The view was breathtaking and the only sounds are the nearby river, the birds and the bells from sheep. The hosts were simply amazing and Ploy's Thai food is a must-get. Extra surprise: their playful dog, Luna :) Thank you so much Franz and Ploy for your hospitality! We will definitely come back again!

I left an important item in a different town, got on the wrong train, and eventually didn’t know I had to request the train to stop at my stop… needless to say, it was a terrible day and I booked this hostel because otherwise I wouldn’t have had a place to sleep. When booking, I didn’t realise the checkin is at 9pm at the latest (and I couldn’t make it). The property contacted me and was nice enough to arrange a late check in for me last minute. They also gave me a room without other guests so that I wouldn’t bother them. It really touched me and I am very grateful to the owners/staff whom I didn’t even get to meet because I left early the next morning. Otherwise, everything was great at the property: clean, cosy, fast WiFi, close to the train station. The town is also gorgeous, stuck in a valley between mountains. Thank you so much!
