Everything was spotless, and the A/C kept the air fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is, of course, unbeatable, sitting on the top floor of St James Quarter. Parking was an absolute breeze—you simply park in the main shopping mall’s underground garage, where there are plenty of spaces. It cost only £26 for two nights after getting the ticket validated at reception. If I’m not mistaken, £26 is the maximum charge, meaning even for a week-long stay, you’d only pay that amount as long as you don’t take the car out.

The rooms were all named and we stayed in the FG Mitchell room. Was a little small but was everything we needed for 1 night. Super comfy bed and everything just fit the aesthetic of the 1919 ship turned hotel.

Everything was great. Would definitely choose this property over others: it's clean, modern, functional, In a quiet st... etc My only suggestion is....Something to block the doors open as it is a bit annoying to not be able to keep the door open between the bathroom area and the bedroom

The property is beautifully designed in an elegant Scottish style that makes you feel like you’re staying in a small castle — a perfect blend of charm and understated luxury. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, always ready to help with any questions or requests. Although the room was not very large, it was thoughtfully furnished, cozy, and had everything we needed. I particularly appreciated the small touches — like the daily treats, cookies, and coffee provided in the room. These little details made the whole experience feel extra special and warm. I would also like to highlight the breakfast — the atmosphere was simply wonderful. The dining room was stunning, the service excellent, and the food both delicious and beautifully presented. There was a nice selection to choose from, and it truly felt like a luxurious start to the day — the perfect way to begin exploring Edinburgh.

Located on Princes Street, The Balmoral has a 4 AA Rosette restaurant, a pool and a gym. Waverley Station and Edinburgh's main shopping area are within 5 minutes' walk. It was just perfect. Loved the staff.

Situated in Edinburgh's West End, The Bonham Hotel is a Victorian town house. Majority of the bedrooms have a city view. The Bonham Hotel was the perfect place to end our trip in Edinburgh. The location is absolutely ideal, allowing easy access to many of the city’s attractions and lively neighbourhoods and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, with high-quality facilities that made our stay both comfortable and luxurious. Overall, The Bonham exceeded our expectations in every way, and it was truly a memorable conclusion to our journey. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Edinburgh!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful townhouse in Leith. The location was fantastic, especially with young children – there’s a great playground and a lovely park just around the corner, and the city centre is easily reachable by tram. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable – we felt at home right away. What made our stay extra special was the incredibly kind host, who went above and beyond by organizing a birthday cake for us. It made the day unforgettable. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a charming and relaxing place to stay in Edinburgh!
