From the moment we made our booking, the staff was incredibly attentive—communicating with us promptly and politely via WhatsApp, making sure every detail was in place. They went above and beyond to make the celebration feel personal and special, including decorating my parents' room and surprising them with a cake and a heartfelt card. Throughout our stay, their attentiveness never wavered. They remembered our room numbers, brought us towels right after every swim without us even needing to ask, and always made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. The resort itself is stunning—the beach house offers breathtaking views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The design and layout of the rooms are beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully done, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and celebration. We also really enjoyed the free kayaking, which added a fun and active touch to the trip! My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, and we left with nothing but positive memories. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a meaningful, peaceful, and beautifully curated getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Clean unit and clean beach. I like the toilet. Its an open concept🤭The staffs are all super friendly from the gardener to the driver and all especially Ms Linda and Mr Erik, they really go all out to meet customer's need. They really interact with the customers and ask if everything is ok. 101% for their great services. Thank you all for the great hospitality. May you guys continue to prosper.

LooLa Adventure Resort se nachází vedle vesnice u moře na pobřeží Bintanu. The entire weekend was excellently managed. The staff were extremely helpful and eager to accommodate all our requests. The food was also great.
