The owners are very thorough and helpful.

This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. We were on the Iceland ring road trip. This was the best hotel experience I had on my trip. You could feel the human attitude and care in everything. and everything was just very pleasant. We didn't see much of the surroundings because there was a lot of fog and our stay was relatively short, but we experienced a magical atmosphere. Breakfast made from local products and warm, home-baked bread. This is a family business and you can really feel the family in this place.

Featuring a restaurant and cafe on site, Blabjorg Resort is in the fishing village of Borgarfjordur Eystri, 71 km from Egilsstadir. Very knowledgable and friendly staff, warm atmosphere, great hotpool, good restaurant. Beautiful location!

Boasting a bar, Hótel Gerpir is situated in Neskaupstaður. There is a restaurant serving Pizza cuisine, and free private parking is available. At the hotel, rooms have a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.... Nice hot shower without the tipical iceland smell. Friendly hosts. Nice quite town.

Cozy and clean little apartment with well equipped kitchen, private parking and terrace. Very kind hosts, big garden and quiet location at the lake. Perfect spot to see Aurora. Would definitely stay here again!!! Best accommodation we had in Iceland so far!!
