We had a wonderful time at this Hotel! It’s definitely a 5 Star Hotel at European standards. Breakfast and dinner were just amazing. Staff was super nice and we met some of the friendliest people ever in a Hotel. Words really cant describe how much we enjoyed staying at the Pan Pacific. If you are in Yangon for business or leisure you need to stay here! We would go back in a heartbeat!

I read a lot of reviews when selecting hotels on booking.com but rarely do I provide a review myself. This is absolutely the place to stay in Yangon. The hotel is one of the most beautiful and well appointed hotels I’ve ever stayed in - it rivals beautiful 5 star hotels in London or New York but at a fraction of the price. But the real stand out is the staff - they made us feel safe, secure, always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Myanmar has significant challenges with civil unrest and yet this hotel - amid great difficulty - stays open and provides an exceptional, safe and friendly experience. So many other large international hotels have shut - it’s a testament to the staff and owners this hotel remains open and running in such a professional way. Breakfast was delicious and we also had lunch and dinner at the hotel - all three I can recommend. I also tried the spa and had a Burma massage and it was great. We loved Yangon and we loved this hotel!

Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye is centrally located along Kaba Aye Pagoda Road leading to Inya Lake and just a 15-minute drive from Yangon International Airport and Shwedagon Pagoda. The hotel was clean and tidy. My room was large with necessary facilities like fridge, microwave, laundry machine. Water was refillable at the Lift area The bed was very comfortable Unfortunately I didn't take a dive in the pool...which looked so clean and pristine. The receptionist, Htet as well, Phyo, the manager were very helpful. The receptionist assisted me in making telephone calls to my spa...as I didn't have a local Simcard, neither could I speak Burmese. The lady manager also allowed my late checkout. My appreciation to the nice room service guys from the bar. All in all, everyone was friendly and great in their service.

Located within 3.1 mi of Shwedagon Pagoda, LOTTE Hotel Yangon features a number of amenities including an outdoor infinity pool, a fitness center, a garden, Screen Golf Lounge, Sauna, Hotel Spa... Very big, modern hotel with excellent facilities in a stunning lakeside location. Beautiful infinity pool with a bar and poolside dining. Fine dining in the penthouse and a busy lounge bar in the spacious entrance atrium. Busy with weddings and parties which were colourful and fun to watch. Exceptionally helpful staff when one of our cases was late to arrive. Flexible too, waiving the day visitor fee so that our family could join us by the pool. Magnificent breakfast buffet incorporating many different Asian cuisines as well as western standards, best I’ve ever seen. A bit of an oasis in Yangon.
