The villa was in a lovely setting with spacious garden area and excellent neighbourhood - felt very safe. we had a car so parking on site made it easy to unload bags. very short walk to the beach at the end of the road and great local restaurants and bar.

We got a free upgrade. Enough free parking space beside the hotel. Good breakfast. Modern and clean rooms. Nice lady who brings the dopio espresso! Francesco who organize the lettinos in the beach club! In september very good prices € 30 per day for 2 lettinos and umbrella!

    The hotel is a former facility for disabled people that used to belong to the Catholic church. It is a good looking 30s structure with a very nice garden and a tastefully redesigned lobby and restaurant. Not the kind of design I espect in Versilia but looks good indeed. Breakfast was also pretty good.

    Large bedroom and large lounge/dinner/kitchen area upstairs, with small balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped for our stay allowing us to cook meals. Location was quiet and about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Staff where helpful, taking our luggage up to the room and providing local guidance. We used Bagno Nautilus Beach since it was dog friendly. There was also a public beach next dog.

    For us one night stay, but all was ok. To go to the beach you need to cross the street. At our stay they were just getting ready for the season, so reconstructions going on on many places. We are travelling with our dog, so mainly looking for the places where pets are allowed, which this place has, but does not say you have to pay for their stay. No big deal, but for some it could be. I would just add somewhere in description that you pay for your pet and how much, so at the end of your stay you are not surprised.
