Abdul was incredibly welcoming, always greeting me with a warm smile and helpful recommendations for local attractions. His attention to detail and genuine care made me feel right at home. Joseph, on the other hand, was attentive and quick to assist with any requests I had, making sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Together, they created a positive atmosphere that truly enhanced my visit. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service and dedication. I highly recommend this place, especially if you get the chance to be assisted by Abdallah and Joseph!

The room was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch. I loved the location too, it was close to good places to eat, I felt safe and it was not too far from sightseeing! Carlos went far and beyond to help and for the first time I didn’t felt they were helping me for monetary reasons but he genuinely care!

Villa Layla is something truly special! As a female solo traveler who’s been to over 60 countries, I’ve seen many places, but nothing quite like this. Villa Layla is more like a beautiful, charming mansion where every little detail is done with love and great taste. Berar, the amazing owner, and his lovely team make you feel like a VIP guest at a five-star hotel. The atmosphere is cozy, elegant, and full of heart. I’m currently traveling around Egypt, and I keep recommending Villa Layla to everyone I meet, I want others to feel this magic too. Honestly, I’m now thinking of changing my travel plans just so I can come back and spend one more night there before my flight. That’s how much I loved it. Don’t miss out! this place is unforgettable!

You book and budget hotel then taxi pulls up outside and first impression is ‘you get what you pay for’. But then you’re met by Noura and Ahmed and soon realise the staff at 5 star hotels would have a hard time matching their customer service. Noura makes your stay here go from below average to exceptional! I made a special request for my room and she delivered in style. When I asked for a guide to provide a tour she arranged one ensuring no details were missed and at competitive price. She is reliable, somehow always available for your queries or to arrange anything you need and all with a smile. Ahmed and other staff were so friendly and helpful that it made us feel like we were staying with family. The breakfast was better than I expected and the location was perfect for our needs.

The facilities are modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, designed to provide a pleasant stay in every detail. The food was exquisite, delighting us with every dish and turning each meal into an unforgettable experience. A special thanks to Hend, her husband, and their little one, who were absolutely wonderful. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel at home, and their dedication ensured that our stay was simply perfect. We leave with happy hearts, full of gratitude, and the hope of returning soon. Great location 10-15 min walk to entrance of the Pyramids ( below the Sphinx ) and a 100 EGP Uber Taxi ride to the Grand museum GEM . Room was large and clean , comfy bed , Good pressure and hot water to shower .TV has a good film channel in English Staff friendly and very helpful , Special Thanks to Hannah and Sarah for your help ( apology if name not quite right ) Good Breakfast , sets you up for the day .Recommend taking it on the roof terrace with breathtaking views of the Pyramids The terrace is also a good location to see the sunset and for watching the sound and light show Please note there are 80 steps from the ground floor to the roof terrace , i have bad knees and i managed ok The hotel is down a little lane taking you away from the main road and some of the noise of Cairo . Look out for the 6 October shop on the main road to the left of it you will find the lane which leads to the hotel Will recommend to family and friends and if lucky enough to visit Giza, Cairo again will be my first choice
