From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. Best Hospitality 👌..The host takes great care of his guests very kindly and humbly.. once booked they message, call and confirm our arrival. Responsible management..Best place to relax..

We stayed at Swastha Royal Villas for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The ambiance was great, and the property was well-maintained, clean, and neat. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, providing a comfortable stay. The campfire, grill, and indoor/outdoor games added to the fun. Special thanks to Shams for helping us explore local sightseeing spots, including a serene river tour and a visit to a tribal village—this truly enriched our Wayanad experience. The host was incredibly helpful, guiding us with the location and even assisting with a well-planned Wayanad itinerary during the booking time itself.

Their hospitality was outstanding—they even arranged food for us on a Wayanad close day, which was a thoughtful gesture. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with a unique and peaceful vibe. It’s a beautifully maintained 3BHK villa, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was serene, and every corner of the place exuded warmth and positivity. I highly recommend Malhar Homestay to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and memorable stay in Wayanad. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nothing was too much trouble. Roney brought me speciality indian teas regularly and advised me on the best sights to see (of which the Edakkal caves ...6000 b C cave carvings only 8,ks away) was an absolute must. The upstairs guest level is the highest level of luxury decor I've come across in India. Marble floors, beautiful bathroom/toilet, aircon, and a lovely large balcony with hanging cane chair to enjoy the jungle view. I couldn't rate this homestay too highly

I got lost on the way (my fault ) The owner came in his car to meet me , He was very kind and helpful and ensured I had everything I needed , The location is brilliant , surrounded by natural forest .
