The staff was extraordinary. Milan, the front desk manager was a wonderful host. His entire team like Iron and others, did a brilliant job to make our stay a wonderful experience. The team did not leave any stone unturned to make sure that we were well fed and rested, as we were out in the forest, everyday. Raj, the naturalist, is a gem. He made sure that our trips into the forest were bespoke experiences, based on our interests. He was amazing. The food and the chef at Aikawa are extraordinary

My friend and I had such a wonderful time at Tara’s Guest house. As everyone has already said it, it is a wonderful family in which everyone goes out of their way to help and support you. They are always smiling! From the didi who made our rooms, to aunty who took us around the village on our first day, to Vicky who is always there to help you with any kind of bookings, we are grateful for their warmth and hospitality! :)

Bishnu (the owner) is absolutely wonderful!! His tours are fantastic!! The walking tour into the jungle is one of the most amazing things I’ve ever experienced! Also I did the Jeep safari with him and it was incredible! I saw at least 20 rhinos during me time there, wild bison, so many different types of deer and monkeys and so many other birds and things. He is so knowledgeable about the plants and the jungle and history of the area! We also talked about how healthy mud huts are. The lodge itself consists of these quant huts with lovely porches where you can read. Mosquito nets over the bed but there seemed to be less mosquitoes here than in Pokhara. I stayed here 4-5 days! It was wonderful!!

A perfect place to stay in Sauraha, Chitwan! Surrounded by nature, the hotel offers peaceful vibes and a relaxing atmosphere. The owner is genuinely warm and ambitious, constantly working to improve the guest experience. Highly recommended for a calm and memorable getaway!

The owner, Mr. Suraj, runs the property professionally and with utmost hospitality. He also helped planning a variety of activities during my stay in Sauraha : jungle walk and jeep safari. The evening was filled with a Tharu dance cultural program whose venue is right next to the hotel. It was a memorable and pleasant stay for me in Sauraha.

Toilets are clean, shower is hot and in open air which I love. Food is the best I’ve tasted yet. So many amazing treehouses. Host is great. Amazing places to chill (ex. Library, meditation, etc) you can also rent a bike from there. I highly recommend!

Green Mansion Jungle Resort se nachází v Chitwanu, 200 metrů od Sloního parku a národního parku Chitwan. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. Vesnice Tharu je vzdálená 100 metrů. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully designed. Loved the bath tub!! The pool area was very relaxing. The gardens were also nicely kept and manicured. All the staff were friendly and the food was exceptional.

Sapana Village Lodge se nachází uprostřed zeleně, 1 minutu jízdy od centra města Sauraha, a nabízí bezplatnou dopravu do a z chaty. Sapana has an ethos which runs through everything they do and clearly luminates the smiles of all the staff there. The location is a 10minute walk to the main tourist area, yet it is so peaceful and relaxing. Being able to interact with the elephants without endorsing elephant riding or bathing was our main attraction to the place, and this place did not disappoint, these rescued elephants are so visibly loved and cared for at Sapana! Out of all the things we have done during our 5months in Nepal, staying here was most definitely a highlight. We also highly recommend the candle light dinner with the elephants, it was a truly unique experience from the beautiful table setting to the elephant meeting. We would return to Sapana village in a heartbeat.
