Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The registration was quick and smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the breakfast – very tasty, fresh, and generous. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This guest room was very clean, with 24 hour security and felt really safe. The host (Vera) was kind, proactive and always willing to help. We were able to park just outside. We got a breakfast to go at a great price and it was great! Thank you so much for our stay, we would definitely come again.

The location was super close to the centrum of the city and is located at the finest street where you can go shopping and eat food at the many restaurants. The rooms were brand new and super nice. All new! But the true stars are without a doubt the two owners and the staff of the hotel. Our room was lovely, very clean and a great size, everything looked new. The bed was really comfortable and we had a fantastic view of the lake from our balcony. Elvis and his family were very welcoming and served a wonderful breakfast on the terrace, all locally sourced and home grown, also recommended a great restaurant, Flaer, where we had the best prawns ever. Communication was excellent, Elvis goes out of his way to help. They are extending the car park so there will be plenty of parking, and creating a covered area for breakfast with a superb view. Hoping to stay again on our way home if they're not fully booked!

    We had a fantastic experience at Gardenland Resort near Shkodra. The hospitality was truly exceptional, professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The resort is beautifully kept, with peaceful gardens and very clean, comfortable rooms. The food was excellent and it was good to see so many tourists visiting the countryside. Overall a 10 out of Ten, especially as it was a surprise which i had not planned as a last minute booking. A true Albanian experience and welcoming, highly recommend 😀

    Reviews we read of Shkoder said it's a university town with...

    Reviews we read of Shkoder said it's a university town with lots of biking. Not sure what those reviewers were writing about, but there weren't many bike friendly areas and the town was not as vibrant as we expected. We did spend some time in the Shiroka area on the lake a 10 minute or so drive from Shkoder and that was very nice - good restaurants and lake activities. We also went to the mountains and stayed in Theth, which was wonderful and highly recommended.

    The hotel is close to the beach, which was great. The pool was small but clean, and my son really enjoyed it. Breakfast was OK, and there are small shops nearby, along with parking available. I would have rated this 5 stars if it weren't for one issue: the cooking utensils. If you plan to book an apartment, I recommend bringing your own cooking pans, or you’ll be disappointed.

    Five star service.

    Five star service. The staff really makes you feel like family and goes above and beyond. The animals all contribute to the farm and are so well taken care of. They’re all a part of the experience. The rooms are impeccably clean and traditional with modern upgrades (best plumbing, great AC, hotel toiletries, great shower etc), clean, crisp white sheets. All of the things you’d expect in a five star hotel, except this feels more like your own home. Gzim and his wife are wonderful and provide help whenever you need advice for local restaurants or a ride nearby. Mrizi is literally 3-4 min max by foot. I preferred staying at Vitoria over Mrizi, and would return again. My son loved it! And Breakfast was wonderful!!

    Shkoder is a lovely city with great views, food and nice accommodation facilities. It's a safe place for families and youths with lots of activities around. In particular, the main city area near the beautiful Mosque is an absolute must for awesome food and shopping.

    The approach road is currently under construction which makes for an interesting drive, but the location tucked away alongside the border with Montenagro makes the effort worthwhile. We even walked into Montenagro (45minutes) for lunch!
