The entire hotel facility was great, but at most the excellent staff swrvice is what made our stay great. In particular we commend the communication quality of Mateus at reception desk, and Juxhin, General Manager, who was there to make sure we are satisfied to the detail with our stay.

The reception staff need an extra shout out..they were amazing, they were pleasant and they were always ready to help with a beautiful smile The rooms were kept very clean I forgot my phone but the cleaning staff made sure it was kept safe. The per day rates are cheap for the services and facilities How can I forget to mention the cost class spa and gym they have Buffet was good Overall 10/10

Thank you so much for warm welcome!! We had the most amazing time here at villa jasmine! The hosts spoke excellent english, were very warm and welcoming. Beautifully remodeled room with a very comfortable bed. Awesome outdoor space with lemon tree and free parking in an alley where we were able to park our car safely. We will definitely go back there and we will definitely stay at villa jasmine. Will highly recommended this place to everyone!!

Situated within 43 km of Zaravina lake, The Stone Sky Hotel in Gjirokastër has a number of amenities including a shared lounge, a restaurant and a bar. I loved the hospitality of the staff. The rooms were traditionally decorated and sparkling clean with an amazing view. The hotel was managed by a family which made us feel as welcome as possible. Breakfast was delicious! I will recommend to anyone I know and will definitely be staying again if I ever find myself in Gjirokastra :)

Great new hotel, very clean and quiet, very nice and helpfull staff who really take care about thier job and the guests. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL! Very nice home made food as well (including home made breafkfast)
