The Kleinwalsertal, meaning ‘Little Walser valley’, is a well-known ski resort in the Vorarlberg Region of Austria, and has the characteristic of being accessible only from the Oberstdorf village in Germany. It is 15 km long and about 6.5 km wide, surrounded by mountains like the Widderstein at a height of 2,536 metres above sea level.
