Really glad with our decision to stay here. We can just stay at the apartment & monitor our kids from balcony. The apartment itself also great, feels really like home, nice and comfy bed. Location is just nice about 25 minutes drive to Innsbruck or to Kuhtai, it has lounge area at the lower ground, provides garage parking and sledge for kids to play with snow. Lovely walk around the area.. Miriam has been really helpful & friendly with explanations and attending to our queries. Key arrangements and check in are easy. The staff team is highly professional, the welcome drinks are nice and the hotel is generous. I would like to highlight to the hotel management for a staff serving at the dinner called Alexander who is a young officer. He is very cheerful, professional and patient while serving all the tables as my friends and I observe. He is natural and knowledgable while introducing the wines and dishes to the patrons. Room was large, bed was comfortable, breakfast and dinner buffets were very good, with daily changes to menu. But the best thing was the amazing staff. From the front desk, to serving staff, cleaners, bar staff, sauna massage staff, everyone was very professional, helpful and friendly. The village is small and peaceful, perfect for relaxation, yet only about 20 minutes by car from Innsbruck. It’s also easy to reach local attractions, like the glacier, by car. Standard at a high level, the apartment and the entire building very clean and well-maintained. My apartment on the top floor was spacious enough and fully equipped. The advantage is a separate kitchen. A sauna and relaxation facilities are available for guests. Three ski resorts located within 15/20 minutes drive, skibus stop about 100 meters from the facility. The breakfast in the morning was great! Same as the swim in the pool in the morning, nice and lovely water. Staff was very helpfull and we could leave a bag in their storage room.
