Prebl it´s a small village in the mountains (920m over the sea) with a church and a good restaurant (Panoramahotel Friesacherhof). We went there particularly to visit the site of Stalag XVIIIA. First stop, Lavanthaus Museum, which has display about the three camps on the site over time; also publication in German and English. (Museum also has interesting folk history of area.) Found stalag memorial at junction of Lagerstrasse and Sankt Thomasstrasse. Campsite is now industry and housing. Walked through on Lagerstrasse. Satisfied to have seen the site and area where Aussie father was POW for 4 years. Memo to Wolfsberg: your street signage is woeful.Guest review byAnnaAustralia
