The room is perfectly designed. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. This Hotel was the most welcoming one. The room tempreature was adjusted to the cold winter weather outside and it was warm and welcoming. The hotel'facilities like Indoor pool, spa, etc were excellent to get relaxed and gain energy for the next day. The Breakfast was by far the best one I had in Austria.

Everything was great, all the staff of the hotel, all equipment and facilities of the hotel (e. g. spacious indoor parking place; ski room - which is really awesome, it's big and perfectly equipped; beautiful wellness and restaurant...). The food is really very delicious. The rooms are beautiful, sufficiently equipped and clean. The location of the hotel, on the hill, allows to have a beautiful view on the whole Kaprun. The kindness of all staff, their willingness to help, beautiful environment, delicious food, great equipment and facilities of the hotel, make the hotel a wonderful place to stay. I strongly recommend it.

    Great hotel for family vacation. We have to give the highest feedback for overall impression. Quality of food is at a very satisfying level with a good variety of meals. Hotel is clean and service is excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly, and I would especially like to give special thank to the Slavica, Ankica, Dusanka, Tamara and Monika, which made us feel whole vacation like home. Swiming pool was warm, playroom area great and kids enjoyed a lot. Ski Bus station is at 30m from hotel.

Would advise when booking accommodation that you book somewhere that includes the summer card as this gives you free access to all the gondolas in the area and free travel on local buses and trains plus discounted entry to many activities and saves you a lot of money.

    A very beautiful destination, we were alone on the mountain ridges most of the time. We would definitely like to return. For swimming, we recommend the lake in Zell am See rather than the local swimming pool, which is quite small and completely crowded.

    A village in beautiful scenery that lacks something. Accessibility of services (hiking, lifts, restaurants) was a bit confusing. Many services did not have clear English instructions/price lists/online shops. The Tyrolean region summer card seemed to give you a much wider range of services than the Salzburger region.

    Bad Gastein is an amazing mix of natural beauty and old-world charm, surrounded by stunning mountains and lush forests. In winter its a fantastic skiing area, and since its over 1000 meters elevated they usually have a long skiing season. In summer its great for hiking! There’s so much to do, from relaxing in the famous thermal spas to exploring endless hiking trails with breathtaking views.

    Gorgeous view of mountains, great place for nature-lovers, you can spend there some quality time both in winter & in summer. Hallstatt, Zell am See, Dachstein are only 1 hour drive from Wagrain. Be aware of toll roads & tunnels (above the motorway fee). If you are travelling with kids, they will enjoy the Hermann Maier Freizeitpark in Flachau (ca 15-20 mins drive from Wagrain). You should check out the opening schedule of supermarkets and restaurants, eg. after 9 PM, you might not find any open places or restaurants could have their own break days.

    I've been visiting Bad Hofgastein for 12 years in the summer holiday, and with every visit it gets a bigger space in my heart. Plenty of memories, plenty of relaxation, plenty of beautiful and peaceful sceneries, and every year people are being nicer and sweeter.     This is a typical town in Austrian Alps - lots of ski schools, restaurants and everything a tourist needs. Important note - if you plan to be active and hike a lot or visit sightseeings, obtain discount card Salzburgerlandcard. Even it costs 99 euros for a week, it is worth it. This destination has not only lots of cablecars, but also museums, castles, aquaparks etc and this discount card helps with paying and with queues

    Golling is a long established small town on the Salzach river and a good base for exploring Salzburg and the nearby hills / mountains. Rail travel to Salzburg and on buses in Salzburg is free for holders of the Tourist Card issued without further charge to people staying at Golling hotels, This facility has recently been extended to other buses and trains over a wider area, Golling Waterfall and the canyon (Klamm) on the Salzach river attract visitors, There is a Water Park close to Golling.
