- From £98.34 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 402 reviewsWe were a family of 6, 2 grandparents sleeping in one of the Eco retreats and 2 parents with 2 kids sleeping in another one. The place is like a big tent standing in a wood platform but with all the luxuries of a regular apartment. We got there in the afternoon and a couple of Kangaroos were standing just in front of the place. The landscape around the place is beautiful, and the tents have something special. They also have nice firework places, a volleyball net, a little playground… our kids had so much fun. Also, we were there in June, and even though it was quite cold outside we were quite comfortable inside with a little heater and electric blankets. Nice place!Guest review byPedroSpain
- From £29.07 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,167 reviewsAmazing location with 2 min walk to the Surf Beach and 2 min walk to the restaurants and cafes across the street! Excellent facilities for children, plenty of flat short grass to run around on as well as a playground and an inflatable trampoline for older kids. Great choice of cabins with ensuite bathrooms for non-campers like us!Guest review byAthanassiaAustralia
- From £279.04 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 670 reviewsThe bedroom very spacious, spotlessly clean, great view and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was well organised, the staff were all professional, very helpful and pleasant. Our experience was faultless and for such a highly rated hotel, drinks and food reasonably priced.Guest review byKenGuernsey

I love Lorne in all seasons.
I love Lorne in all seasons. The beach is great in warmer months and the forests are great all year round. Plenty of walks, lots of good cafes and restaurants, the newly renovated Grand Pacific Hotel is insane. It's a sleepy town in Winter, but I like that very much - it's so cosy, lots of places have fireplaces. I love Lorne.Guest review byMelsAustralia - 10.0
love Torquay.
love Torquay. It's not only a surfer's paradise, it's also a fabulous getaway... Beach is peaceful and clean, plenty of cafes and restaurants - (especially loved Salty Dog Cafe, iL Matto Italian Restaurant and Squires Loft)... It's also dog friendly which is a major bonus...Guest review byKerriAustralia - 10.0
We had a relaxing family holiday at Anglesea.
We had a relaxing family holiday at Anglesea. The location of the holiday park right next to the beach and river meant we barely had to get in the car. It’s an excellent location for kids with many different activities. The beds in the cabins were so comfortable too!Guest review bySarahAustralia - 10.0

Love the holiday feel of Aireys and the facilities like the lighthouse, viewing spots and the café there, and track walks there and the pub. Village cafes and store perfect and the market in school grounds was superb! Everyone very friendly.Guest review byRichardUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Although it is a quiet rural area, this accommodation is ideally located for visits to the Surf Coast, Geelong itself, or the Bellarine Peninsula. The nearest hotel is only minutes away in Waurn Ponds, and the meal we had there was delicious.Guest review byEricAustralia - 8.0
I liked the size of the room and the bed was comfie.
I liked the size of the room and the bed was comfie. Very clean. Had to go to the bar to get crockery? Did they want guests to eat in? Fittings in the newly renovated bath fell apart. Perhaps some hooks instead of double towel rail would be tougher. Loved having netflixGuest review byEleanorAustralia - 8.0
We had such a wonderful stay at Bellshala.
We had such a wonderful stay at Bellshala. The peaceful surroundings gave us the perfect opportunity to truly relax, unwind, and enjoy some quiet time. We loved being able to sit back with a good book and watch the local wildlife — it was exactly the escape we needed. There was an excellent cafe in Jan Juc (Swell Cafe) and we bought produce from Peaches in Torquay - didn't want to drive out on the highway to go out for dinner.Guest review byKatrinaAustralia - 10.0
The government bus service to get to Lorne and Apollo Bay...
The government bus service to get to Lorne and Apollo Bay from Geelong is very cheap and enabled both of us to relax and enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery for the hour long journey, instead of the stress if navigating a very windy road. Lorne is very quaint and well serviced. There are great foreshore walks to have and some level of fitness is required. If you prefer eating and coffee there are plenty of cafes and restaurants plus boutiques for shopping. Thoroughly recommended a visit.Guest review byDianeAustralia - 10.0

Torquay is a great beach for a holiday and I love driving here from Sydney. Great beaches and access to the Great Ocean Road which starts in Torquay. There are some great cafes and restaurants overlooking the beach at Torquay and a great walk next to the beach too.Guest review byMichelleAustralia - 10.0

A beautiful beachside suburb surrounded by bushland & minutes away from the Great Ocean Road. Adequate options for food & drink though they vary in standard however all are top $$ for what one gets.Guest review byVelottanteAustralia
