Great location and amazing staff. The hotel is located in the heart of Baku. In walking distance to the historical center, the seafront and many attractions. The breakfasts at the hotel are very good. The choice is not huge, but varied enough. All products are of high quality and tasty. Excellent beds, with the ability to pick up almost any pillow.     The room was very clean and big. It was airy and comfortable as i could open the window for fresh air. Its location was near the Nizami street with Taxi ride of around 5 Manat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Specially their General Manager Mr. Khizri , who personally came to greet me on arrival. and Service Manager Mr. Ayaz also helped in understating city and its amenities and how to roam around. The other supporting staff who were very helpful, nice and amiable included Mr. Adil, Mr. Riaz and specially Ms. Noor Zhan. The above people were really friendly and professional. They guided me about lot things for doing in and around the Baku. The response of the staff was very quick and soft.

    The property, with its beautiful beach along the Caspian Sea, was absolutely perfect, but what truly made our trip exceptional was the incredible staff. Their helpful, supportive, and friendly approach stood out throughout our stay. We encountered some difficulties ordering a taxi due to street closures during the Formula 1 event, but the hotel manager personally stepped in and kindly drove us to our destination. The reception staff, cleaning team, and all other employees were consistently warm and welcoming, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. I can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable!

    A very safe and clean place to visit. Not many tourists here, so not overcrowded. You can walk around by yourself safely. Very interesting city, especially Old Town. Lot of history. People welcoming and friendly. A very walkable city.

    The city is calm, beautiful, and peaceful, offering plenty of places for photography and relaxation. It is definitely worth visiting. Negative: Unfortunately, there is a noticeable issue with tourist exploitation. Some locals make remarks in their language assuming visitors do not understand. This is especially evident with taxis, Bolt rides, and in shops around the city center. If prices are not clearly displayed, it is advisable not to purchase.

    A very pleasant surprise!

    A very pleasant surprise! Half the price of London - a meal for two with a bottle of wine averaged £30. I'd recommend Borani and Dorma - both in Fountain Square - tasty food and extremely friendly. In August, the temperature is around 38 degrees but there is a cool breeze which took the edge off - most inside places are air-conditioned. Definitely download the Bolt app (Uber) - taxis are extremely cheap and handy to get around. We went to Shikh Beach which was 5 miles out and it only cost £3.50! It's a 6 hour flight from London and Azerbaijan Airlines were awesome - I'd definitely recommend this as an affordable and enjoyable destination!
