The breakfast was delicious as well (fresh orange juice, fresh fruit, bread rolls, mini pastries, etc.) We also enjoyed going swimming, I loved that it was a biological pool and not chloride. Dressing robes were in the room, as well as slippers, which was handy for the pool. We chose to stay for dinner one of our evenings because we knew we'd be tired after a long hike. Food was tasty (my lamb was perfect and my dessert - crème brûlée - was perfect as well). They ask you to choose your dishes before 17h since it's all freshly made. I think that's a great idea. A little gem of Ardennes with little streets peppered with fancy bars, restaurants and shops. Good both for a one-day trip and for a longer stay. Nice nature around, and a paradise for kayaking. a must do tourist thing, but Durbuy can be seen in 1 hour as it's that small. Do sit down on a terras and enjoy one of the local beers, do a hike to the viewing point using the small stairs hidden behind the hotels in the main street. Érezée itself is very quaint, quiet and very residential. There's not much in terms of restaurants or amenities but they do have a lovely take-away pizza place although when we were there is closed at about 9pm. They do have a medium-sized Spar nearby with very friendly servers. Its a great location to explore the local country side. We booked this house for the SPA grandprix. The drive to the grandprix is about an hour.
