Breakfast was excellent, best I've had at any hotel in last 12 months, steak in the evening was excellent to but kids menu was limited. Room was clean modern and very comfortable, all staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating.

This hotel is something extraordinary. Very nice, very clean and the scent in the hotel was something unforgettable. I must highlight the keyless access to the hotel and room - that was excellent. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Belgium.

The owner was very nice and helpful. She gave us good travel tips. Good breakfast. Bus stop to Gent in front of the hotel. Online check-in was quick and easy, the key was prepared at front desk. Parking is placed in the backyard.

We stayed in a spacious and quiet studio on the ground floor that was spotlessly clean and had incredibly comfortable beds. The room included a kitchenette with a microwave and a coffee machine (capsules), which we really appreciated. Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property and worked perfectly, including in the studio. The breakfast was excellent – varied and fresh every day. There was free access to coffee, tea, water, soft drinks, and small snacks available 24/7 – a lovely touch! The common areas were great. We appreciated the shared space where you could sit and work or relax on the large sofa. There was also an outdoor area with tables, chairs and benches. Free parking was available at the back of the building. A big plus is that you can arrive in the middle of the night – access to the building and your room is by code, which is super convenient if you're arriving on a late flight. And most importantly, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and they were available on-site in the mornings. They gladly gave us tips on where to buy food (for lunch/dinner to warm up in the microwave) and we were also able to borrow an iron when we needed one. Their motto is that you should feel at home – and we truly did! Overall, a fantastic experience – we felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay here again!

it was perfectly reachable although we put a wrong pin and called the manager in the middle of the night he was still really really nice and even proposed us to stay in another room just so u don’t do the same mistake I did check for ur email for the right pin for the room to enter all in all it was a perfect stay for the night ♥️
