We have stayed at the Dakota dunes several times. The staff are always friendly and eager to help you in any way. The room is always immaculate and in a lovely setting. If you are a golfer the course looks very nice(I am not a gofer). A great place to stay.

I had no idea what was there, a guy in the elevator asked me if there was a pool there I told him I didn't know. There is no pamphlets in the room telling us anything about the hotel and obviously that was the same thing in other rooms too. Very disappointed, I was hoping for more from a so called resort.
