I appreciated the staff’s friendliness ... customer service in many places has suffered the last two years, and now we’re expected to “settle for less.” But at Fernie Fox, all the staff went beyond the curt “hello, have a nice stay” type of greeting.

Travellers from Australia. Spent 2 nights at the lodge. Great rooms, particularly the comfy bed. Amazing pub food and delicious breakfast. The staff were brilliant particularly Laura who assisted us above and beyond after we couldn't get the Wi-Fi or TV working then locked out self out of the bathroom...one call to reception and up came Laura with the toolbox..this girl needs a promotion you have a diamond. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The room was very comfortable and super clean. The bus stop to the mountain was right outside the door. There were restaurants nearby and only a short walk into downtown.Would definitely return and recommend to others.
