The breakfast had a big variety of items and they were very good. Our room #113 was very nice with every imaginable convenience. We haven’t skied in years, but I have never seen ski boot dryers in a room before. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day. The weather was beautiful for our Glacier Sky Walk adventure.

The entire staff (from front desk to restaurant service to housekeeping) were amazing throughout my stay, offering exceptional communication and assistance at all times. The entire team is working together to ensure guests have a happy and care-free stay! My experience in the Junior Suite matched the description on the website in every way. It was newly renovated, very comfortable, spotless-clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the kitchenware needed. The balcony offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. There is a beautiful hiking trail to Lake Louise from the hotel which I highly recommend! But there are also busses running to get to the lake for 2$. Thanks for a wonderful time, especially to Karen and Carlos at the front desk!

It was the best hotel we experienced in the Banff. We have booked twice the room during our stay. It's a quiet place located in the park, near the railway. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, the (gas) fireplace and the chalet-style room. Rooms were very clean. Attention to details : fresh coffee offered for the morning, nice decoration...

We loved our room that was right on the lake with a gorgeous view. The fireplace and chairs were so cosy and we loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the stillness and serenity. It must be the best hotel in the area and at a very reasonable price for the outstanding quality. The staff were completely professional and friendly, and we enjoyed some beautiful cocktails at the bar, and excellent quality food in the restaurant. The room was cosy, comfortable, and private.
