- From £220.73 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 240 reviewsPatrick, the owner, was incredible! He totally saved us when we got a flat tire. There are no service stations for 90 miles, but Patrick repaired our flat on the spot. He also offered to sell us gasoline if we ran short (which is easy to do in Torres del Paine - no service stations anywhere near). The view from the lodge across the Serano River towards the Horns was amazing.Guest review byMarkUnited States

You even have views from the shower. Thank you to the lovely, friendly staff (Pia & Camila especially) and also to Diego who took us on a full day tour of the park which was just incredible! PS the photos on booking.com need updating!Guest review bySuzanneUnited Kingdom

- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 139 reviewsThe food was delicious and a must try even if you are not staying in the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even taught me how to prepare a mate properly. The facilities were great and the room comfortable. I find it a good price/quality ratio as we are in a very remote area.Guest review byPedro Santos GonçalvesPortugal

Epic stunning views! It’s a trip & many hikes worth making.
Epic stunning views! It’s a trip & many hikes worth making. Wish we could spend more time amongst the mountains and/or drive around exploring without having to worry about the lack of petrol station in TNP. The roads are mostly gravel with many many pot holes! Good to see sectors of the roads are being re-surfaced during our trip.Guest review byAnnaneoSingapore - 8.0

Cerro Castillo is a good compromise to stay to visit the park (It's around 45 minutes drive to the Torres Del Paine NP). From Puerto Natales it's 1,5 hours drive and within the park there are only very expensive or very basic (and still expensive) options for staying. You need a car (also in the NP) because of the distances and very limited shuttlebus options.Guest review byRemkoCanada - 10.0

There are no shops or petrol stations near the park so stock up with what you need before leaving Puerto Natales. The hotel at Lago Grey has a decent restaurant that let us walk in - a nice place for a snack before the boat trip to the glacier (which was good fun)Guest review bydrsdr1United Kingdom - 10.0
