What a good find. This boutique guesthouse at hegu haven checks most boxes: spotlessly clean rooms with comfy bedding, a serene garden for morning tea, and a restaurant with delicious local dishes. A small suggestion: adding more Western options would suit international guests better. The healing activities (listed in English!) like meditation were pleasant. Location-wise, it’s convenient—easy taxis, parking, close to temples and pandas. The only tiny wish? The pool could be a bit larger, but it didn’t take away from our nice stay. We’d likely return.​

- Extremely friendly and helpful staff who picked us up from the train station, carried luggages up and down the stairs, prepared full breakfast / afternoon tea / warm sweet soup for the evening, and even gave us some flower pancakes as a gift when we left. - Fantastic view of Erhai from the room and balcony. The hotel itself is not right next to the lake, but thanks to the heightened hill it’s situated on, there’s no blocked view. We watched the sunset from the room and it was beautiful. - The room is very well equipped with best facilities, e.g. Marshall speaker, fully automated smart toilet, projector, fridge, washing machine. - We came at the time of the year where the weather is good but it’s also not a popular season for domestic travellers. So the prices are very reasonable given the view, food and services provided.

This place was absolutely amazing! First, the staff was incredibly welcoming. We had an early morning train from Zhangjiajie, and they let us check in right when we arrived, well before the usual check-in time. Since we were really tired, it was such a relief to be able to rest and freshen up before exploring the city. A big thank you to Rebecca—she was so kind and thoughtful. She reached out before our trip to see if we needed help with planning and arranged our visit to Wulong district. She even gave us a detailed itinerary for exploring Chongqing and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we needed, like organizing takeaway breakfast, laundry, or dinner. She was always there for us, and we’re so grateful for how memorable she made our stay. 🙏🙏🙏 Thanks also to the night staff for getting up early to send us off with breakfast! 🙏 The hotel itself was a peaceful oasis in the middle of a lively city, in a quiet neighborhood near the university. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're visiting Chongqing, this is the place to stay!

I had an absolutely delightful experience staying at Zhangjiajie Enjoy Nature Hotel. Located in a peaceful corner of Hanqiyu, this charming guesthouse offers an exceptional escape into nature—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The hotel earned an outstanding overall rating of 9.8/10, with perfect 10s for staff, comfort, and value for money, which perfectly reflects how I felt during my stay . What made my visit truly special was the wonderful hospitality of the husband-and-wife owners, who not only ran the hotel but also had a lovely jewelry shop right next door. Their warm welcome, helpful suggestions about local attractions, and thoughtful touches (like helpful WeChat support and a personalized map) made me feel genuinely cared for and at home . I highly recommend Zhangjiajie Enjoy Nature Hotel to anyone visiting the area—it’s a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and heartfelt service. I’m already looking forward to returning!

We loved everything about our stay at the appropriately named Happy hotel. Our room was a generous size and the south facing terrace had a great view over the river and mountains. Best of all was Richard, the hotel manager, who not only made us feel extremely welcome but also organised all our visits to the surrounding national parks for just the cost of the entrance fees as well as getting us discounted tickets for the evening Chinese extravaganza show.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The location in the Ten-Mile Gallery is absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by karst mountains and lush greenery. The rooms are well-designed, with modern furnishings and a relaxing ambiance. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The service was exceptional—the staff spoke fluent English and were incredibly helpful in arranging bike rentals and local tours. They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I would love to stay here again.

The scenery here is very beautiful. After we took the bus from Lijiang to Lugu Lake, the hotel drove to pick us up. It was very convenient. When we returned to Lijiang, the hotel could also help us arrange it. The location is very good.
