The staff are very nice and the male ones speak English. The manager is lovely helped us with sightseeing advice spoke really good English. And the other male guy, sorry I don't have your names, he helped take our bag to metro. Great spacious room, nice cleaner lady, laundry facilities where we did all our washing and drying. very clean. great breakfast. Right next to Wanyuanji metro, takes around 50 mins to forbidden city.

Room was clean. Staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. I read some reviews that the room is too small but I believe it is definitely worth the price. Plus, breakfast was splendid and they have things like unlimited night snacks and drinks. So def worth it! Of course, communication can be a challenge since most of the staff can't speak English but thats not an issue at all, and as foreigners, we can't complain!

The hotel left us with only positive impressions! We had a wonderful time, and we would especially like to highlight the work of two employees — Joseph Wang and Cui Gong Hao. We encountered a small issue: we forgot our gifts for our colleagues from Russia and were very upset about it. But at that moment, Joseph Wang came to our rescue! He showed incredible responsiveness and friendliness by sending our items to us by mail in record time. Thanks to his help, we were able to delight our colleagues from China! Very friendly staff ensured that I could enter the room even when arriving at 7am in the morning, which was very good. The place is not fancy, but rooms are big enough, quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very complete and good. Great help in booking taxis and going to my meeting destination the next morning. Language issues were resolved easily.
