The staff were so very helpful. We communicated by translator apps, and some staff had reasonable English. They organised taxis and tours for us with honest and friendly drivers. First class. Breakfast was a good variety of Chinese food. To those critics who complain about a lack of western food I suggest they stay at home in future. The room was great and the bed / pillows very comfortable. On the firm side which is very common in Asia. The manager made a great suggestion for dinner.

Everything was clean, staff was super nice, really cute place with drawings and texts from previous guests on the wall. They spontaneously organized a driver to get us from the train station.

The property was very close to the Mountains which made it very easy to walk over for sunrise and sunset! The staff were lovely and helpful as they carried our bags to the tent for us and brought us complimentary yogurt since it was a hot day! They answered any questions we had and helped us organise a shuttle back to Zhangye city.
