Great location, very nice and helpful receptionists. Check-in and check-out were very fast and smooth. Breakfast was okay, just remember you need to leave the breakfast room till 10am. Good parking space next to the hotel. Beautiful view from the room!

The Malá Dvorana is a lovely venue, a traditional one in which to have Breakfast. What makes it even more welcoming is they serve Sparkling wine alongside your breakfast buffet. As with Grandhotels, the bedrooms are huge and spacious. The service at the Front Desk is impeccable and all their staff have been most helpful.     We liked everything. Although it can be seen that the hotel is older and needs renovation, which is currently taking place in part of the hotel, everything is preserved, neat, clean... The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent and varied. The thermal pool is excellent, the indoor pool is not bad. The hotel is located in an excellent location for sightseeing, everything is within reach. There is a parking lot within the hotel. All in all, the hotel was an excellent choice and we hope to return and be guests of the hotel again.

    Very cute little town - scenic with beautiful buildings. We only stayed one night and would loved to have been there longer to really explore. We ate at one of the beer brewery restuarants around the corner from our accommodation and the food was delicious.

    The Singing Fountain is just magical--especially at night!

    The Singing Fountain is just magical--especially at night! Try to go when it's open. The town center is quiet, peaceful, and safe. It's a very walkable place in general. Drinking water from all its springs was fascinating. The food options were quite good--no chains but a lot of "mom and pop" places with no shortage of cuisine types. The locals don't speak the best English, but that's to be expected in a small town. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and spring is definitely the best time of year to go!

    The old town was beautiful. The hiking trails in the surroundings offered great views of the old town, and a nice place for forest bathing. Also, there are good bicycle paths that are well sign-posted.

    Lovely small town with a beautiful castle/ chateau where you can also see the relics of St Maur and you can have a lovely lunch or a coffee and cake in a wonderful cafe there. Great choice of soups! It was also interesting to read about the history of the gallows on the way up to Execution hill.

    I expected it to be my dream place for enjoying a spa experience, and at the end there was nothing available of that sort, maybe only in the very expensive hotels. Mine was a decent hotel, but did not have pool, and there were two public places that were not appealing at all. The town was nice, but most places close very early. I ate a decent meal at the popular Check restaurant in town(had to try at least once), nothing amazing, just ok.

    Beautiful spa town surrounded by forests with plenty of walking and hiking trails. The town has a very interesting history, great waters for health, and many old-world cafes and restaurants. Worth to spend a week to relax and take some treatments.

    Such a small beautiful city that makes you feel like in a movie. The castle is amazing, the nature around keeps you fresh. Definitely we will come back and it is a super romantic place to visit with your partner. The city is quite small, so you can walk around easily. If you enjoy cycling, take your bike with you!

    Classic (Habsburg Empire times) architecture's town-museum, unique in that sense. The old town is framed by mountains and forests, on the mountain river. Hot and warm springs are all around town. One can feel like his on a filming site, but everything is real. Excellent beer, good food, competitive prices, and hotel prices are absolute value for money. On the negative side, the town has a heavy Soviet times legacy, mostly in its specialization in attracting tourists from Russia. As a result, the Soviet Russian culture is dominating everywhere - from adverts, small and large - in Russian as the main foreign language around the town, to hotel and restaurant staff, always speaking Russian, in some cases -German, and far less often - English. I know that the town authorities tried to switch the main tourist origin from Russians to Germans of Russian origin after the start of Russian aggression on Ukraine. They partially succeeded, but unfortunately, it didn't change the atmosphere in a beautiful town much. You can still see Russian as the dominating language around with tons of loudly speaking, hardly talking people, some with bad manners, dominating in town. Probably, those with nostalgia for Soviet times, or who speak only Russian, will feel more comfortable here than in any other town in the EU, though.

    I like Mariansky Lazne more than Karlovy Vary. It is small beautiful town, so peaceful and green. Everything is cheaper than in KV. Good restaurants, cafes, fine boutiques. Many trails for people who love walking. I lived in Hotel Continental - lovely place with spacious room, pool, sauna, wellness centre, excellent breakfasts and dining. I would come back there witch pleasure.

    A beautiful little town that isn't swamped with tourists. Compact and easily walkable, with a range of sights including several museums and the impressive castle. All the locals were friendly, and prices for accomodation and restaurants seemed reasonable everywhere. Definitely worth a visit.
