- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 426 reviewsDelicious food across the menu - I particularly liked enjoying a quiet time at breakfast, with lovely music playing against the background of the morning tide and birdsong. The only words that can describe the lingering feeling as I think back to those mornings are 'bliss', 'surreal' and 'dreamy'. The beautiful ocean-view room had stylish wooden and white decor, comfy beds, and a large, well-kept bathroom. Perfect location and scenery, every morning it felt like I was waking up from a restful sleep on a different planet or in a different century and the friendliness of each of the very welcoming members of staff and locals meant that my other-worldly experience continued throughout the day. Utterly quaint. With the opportunity of scuba-diving and kayaking literally a stone's throw away, about 50 metres from where the sea touches the warm pebbly shore, my stresses felt untangled and loose and all my problems seemed solvable. Looking forward to my return.Guest review byGeorgeUnited Kingdom
- From 2,767.37 Kč per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 399 reviewsVery easy to register with an exceptionally helpful receptionist who highlighted places and events on the town map supplied. She was also helpful with enquiries during my stay. Easy key drop early in the morning I left. The room was kept spotless during my stay - excellent and attentive cleaning staff. The apartments are just across from the beach, within easy walking distance of the town and restaurants. There are bus stops just outside the apartments for the circular bus route into town and easy street parking if you have a car. The restaurant downstairs can be/should not be overlooked - such friendly staff and surprisingly excellent meals. There is also a very good buffet breakfast - not advertised and somewhat hidden away. In all everything made for a perfect holiday - thank you.Guest review bySueUnited Kingdom

Beautiful town! Never felt unsafe.
Beautiful town! Never felt unsafe. The Alhambra was an amazing place BUT, please spend the money to have a tour. There are no explanations for what you are seeing so to get the most of the palaces, take a tour. Also the caves in sacromonte - where the gypsys lived is an eye opener. Only €5 admission with 11 caves (homes) to explore. It’s a bit of a hike but also provide some of the best views of the Alhambra and summer palace.Guest review bybrettAustralia - 10.0

Almuñécar is a beautiful little town, still unspoiled by too fancy tourist facilities. It has that beautiful Mediterranean feeling, a peaceful life sense, and a slow pace that can only be enjoyed. It is an enjoyable place for a vacation, and certainly a great place for families with kids. It has everything you need from the modern perspective (supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, some large brand stores, McDonald's restaurant, bus station, healthcare facilities), but still carries that old-time sense of peaceful living.Guest review byMarkoEkmedzicGermany - 10.0

Nice seaside town plenty of restaurants/bars either in town or on beach. Stoney beach but big and not too crowded when we went in June. Seemed a more upmarket resort than some of the other towns nearby.Guest review byJulieUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Such a great little city that feels very safe and enjoyable for travellers. We loved the local feel of Motril, unlike other places along the coast that we visited. The locals were friendly and there was a great selection of restaurants and bars as well as a nice walk to the beach with good access for pedestrians. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a car as the streets are little but a scooter or moped would be ideal. You must try Pizzeria Vespa and Zarcillo Restaurant was such a special place to go for dinner too. We also loved a little late night walk around the cactus garden which is such a cute place. Motril, you were excellent!Guest review byPaigeCzech Republic - 8.0

I am a cyclis, I have visied Lanjaron numerous times over the years. I usually stop with a tour company. The place is great for mountain biking and hiking, its a small place but good choice for food and drink. The people are friendly and the mountain biking is excellent.Guest review byMichaelUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Salobrena is a lovely town with a real mixture of new and old. We particularly liked the old town and Arab quarter walking up to the castle. The beach side is everything you would expect and has all the necessary amenities. The only thing we were disappointed with was the amount of fog faeces not being picked up!!! It was a shame as it spoils what is rather a nice place.Guest review byLoulou68United Kingdom - 8.0

Beautiful village area with cave hotels. Not far from motor way and accessibility is not an issue. Essential things are available in nearby villages. A vehicle is required to move around to buy things.Guest review byDeepa HaridasIndia - 10.0

We visited and skied in Pradollano during peak season. It was a very enjoyable and interesting experience, although there was not a great deal of snow during our visit we still managed to enjoy our time there during the weekdays. The weekends look particularly busy so if you don’t like a very crowded ski field might be best to avoid the weekends.Guest review bychristineAustralia - 8.0

I had things to do in Baza so, my "tourist time " there was limited. There are many places of interest like the Archeological Museum, Palacio de los Enriquez, E. Expositivo "San Jerónimo", two big parks, a few churches, Baños Árabes, Wooden Balcony Houses, Old Butchers, and more.Guest review byCitaCanada
