- From £238.85 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.9Good - What previous guests thought, 518 reviewsBula, bula! The staff of the Serenity Island Resort treated me like a family since I arrive from Port Denarau. They are really warm and gentle people. I was really happy at Serenity Island. The food was amazing, I really enjoyed the fijian flavour. It was so far the best food I have ever tried. They have a complete menu with different kind of foods. The coconut cookies were so delicious, sandwich, burger and everything was good. They made a special dinner: Lovo, which they made with too much love and is very delicious and traditional. When you go to Serenity I have an advice to you, try Herb Crusted Snapper, it was so amazing. At the SPA, the fijian massage was amazing as well. Actually, I have no words to describe everything I lived there. Since the beggining when I arrived to Port Denarau the staff from Serenity were nice with me, the boat crew, everyone! - Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 263 reviewsThe beach should be one of the most beautiful beaches in Fiji. The sea here is always very tranquil, safe to do water sports. The bure is large, very clean and comfortable. Feel like home, a sit in front of the bure with covered terrace and wonderful sea view is so comfortable. They also offer day room service to client after check out, which is very helpful for guests needs good rest before go to the ferry.Guest review byQianChina

The food was incredible and the nightly dinner buffet had great variety as well as live cooking which was always really delicious. Nice, clean pool areas and amazing snorkelling just off the beach. Fantastic accommodation and food (Sheraton).
Fantastic accommodation and food (Sheraton). Weather was perfect in June - consistently between 24-28 deg! Water temp was 27deg - no rasher needed. Very relaxing. Note a couple of things - extra activities were super expensive. Food generally quite expensive (but good) - we stayed at Sheraton - very nice - but no 'cheaper' food options (e.g. ~$20-30Aus for an entree). Highly suggest paying for the buffet breakfast - amazing! (never seen so many options!).Guest review byRay5Australia - 10.0

A great island, with a good resort. The beaches are safe for swimming and snorkeling with lovely warm water. The best part is the locals they are the happiest friendliest people in the world. We will be back again next year!Guest review byBlairNew Zealand - 2.0

Do not book into this "resort" if you would like nice and good service, good food and a general feel of comfort. It was all terrible. The pool was under construction which was not said prior. We sat on the beach and listened to a jack hammer for an entire day.Guest review byAmyNew Zealand - 10.0

The snorkelling was amazing, so much live coral and plenty of fish just off the beach. We saw reef sharks off the back of Serenity island, we also saw one swim in front of our beach front Bure. We also went on a trip to the Sandbar and it had amazing coral also, the team at Serenity island made our trip so much fun and was a great group bonding event.Guest review byRobertAustralia - 10.0
Beautiful island in an ideal location.
Beautiful island in an ideal location. Small enough to explore and not get lost, and recommend taking a walk to the peak of the island to view the surrounding coast and other islands, particularly at sunset.Guest review bychristopher - 10.0
I cannot praise the staff enough.
I cannot praise the staff enough. Anything you wanted they took care of. Our bure was right on the beach and there were sturdy steps leading down to the water that was almost lapping at our door. Taking a dip in the sea was easy and refreshing. The restaurant and bar areas were great and always b right and happy with local Fijians making music. The quiet pool was lovely as we are older adults and appreciated the fact the children had another pool to swim and play in. We could relax with a cocktail around the pool. Overall it was a great stay and recommend it to anyone going to Fiji - it is a must.Guest review byChrisAustralia - 8.0

We didnt stay for the surfing, but for snorkelling, cloud 9 and the bushwalk. From the summit of the hike the views are amazing. Take sturdy shoes, water (safe to drink) and a few snacks from the mainland as the hike is hard work in the heat, its steep with loose dirt/gravel - about an hour or so one way. We snorkelled off sandbank and it wasnt too busy - at low tide the sandbank is exposed so put your towel and water down there and spend an hour with the reef fish. Some of them came right up to me, I wonder if they’ve been fed or are just friendly. Cloud 9 was just fun. Byo goggles or snorkel, a money card and a towel. Jump off the roof into the water, swim with the fish and enjoy a pizza and a cocktail.Guest review byJodiAustralia - 10.0

A luxury resort in a lovely setting with great staff who are very attentive and could not do enough for us. The food is great and is served in their restaurant by the pool. The rooms are very clean and well maintained with everything you need. They use an electric vehicle to take you to the other resorts on the island and are always willing to drop you off or pick you up. There is snorkeling off the beach or you can take the free trip which is out to a sandbar daily.Guest review byKelvinNew Zealand - 2.0
Food poisoning experienced by 2 of our family.
Food poisoning experienced by 2 of our family. Dirty plates, dead flies in food, bland food, long wait times for food(2.5 hours). Pool turned green and closed for 2 days. Renovation of gym whilst pool was closed. Laundry destroyed from the laundry service. Dirty and run down resort. Beach filled with seaweed with no attempt to clean it up whilst the pool was closed. Staff hit and miss. No sign of management during our stay.Guest review byjulieAustralia
