What an absolutely incredible place. Please do not think twice and book some time at Waya Lailai. We had the BEST time. The people are what makes it so so special. There is nothing they wouldn’t have done to make us more comfortable and to make sure we were having a good time. I want to comment on the amazing food which was so tasty and nutritious which fuelled us for our next bout of swimming, snorkelling excursions with the experienced staff, exploring the island or just lazing in the beachside hammocks under the shade. I acknowledge the facilities aren’t what you might come to expect of a 5 star hotel and wifi/internet was inconsistent but it is clean and functional and we were comfortable the entire time. You’re on an island so it is absolutely expected and we had comfy beds, clean sheets and towels, running water, and private toilets and showers in our standalone bungalows. We could not have done any better for the cost. I just cannot recommend Waya Lailai enough and will talk about our experiences here for the rest of my life.

So, let me start by saying that this place is top-notch! The service here is seriously exceptional, like, mind-blowing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was all over us, making sure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly helpful, like seriously, they went above and beyond. And let's talk about the location, man. It couldn't be better. We were surrounded by beautiful scenery and breathtaking views. It was like paradise, you know? Oh, and the food! absolutely delicious. Again the staff, they're just the sweetest. They even surprised us by singing for our anniversary. It was such a heartwarming gesture, and I wanna give them a big shoutout and thank them for making our stay even more special. Overall, we had an amazing time at this resort. The combination of exceptional service, stunning location, amazingly helpful staff, and great food made our stay unforgettable. Absolutely stunning resort and facilities. Staff were incredibly kind and generous with their smiles. Was not expecting free activities such as yoga and snorkeling, very nice! The resort is beautiful and the beach is nothing short of exceptional. WiFi actually worked almost everywhere on the resort, and was impressively fast.

Tai Evi homestay was the highlight of our trip to the Yasawa islands and we wish we could've stayed for longer. It is basic accommodation but perfect for what we needed and we stayed right in the village with Silo's family. The food was delicious. There is lots to do - we saw the manta rays in the manta ray passage which is a boat trip away as well as amazing reef. The beach is also nice with some good coral as well. It was also the 1st year anniversary of the homestay whilst we were there so we had a BBQ with the family and all the guests and we helped with some of the preparation of the food. However, the highlight for us was the company and people that we met here :)

Beautiful homestay with the best food we had on the Yasawas. The room is quite new, it comes with a mosquito net and a spacious bathroom. The location is stunning, directly at the beach where you can do SUP or snorkeling. The owner and his family were welcoming us at the first evening with the traditional drink Kava, it was a surprise and a very nice experience. There were also kids who enjoyed joining us doing sports. The only thing that was a no go for us were the kids lurking through our windows when we were changing. But other than that, we would recommend it 100%!

This is one of the most authentic and beautiful places in all the Yasawa Islands. Vilise and his father took care of us as if we were family. Vilise is a good cook, my girlfriend is celiac and he really took care that everything was perfect for her. They also make delicious ice creams with local fruit from the island. It is a very un-touristy area and they are very nice people. We spent three days there of disconnection and absolute relaxation, without a doubt the most authentic experience with local people you can have in Fiji. We hope to be back soon!

Gorgeous island - beautiful beaches, coral reef, and the island itself is lovely - you can go on a mountain forest walk as well as be on the beach. Delicious food, and lots of activities - we enjoyed the mountain walks, the beaches, diving, snorkelling and also just relaxing by the pool, trying out the yoga classes and massages and also the trips to the nearby local villages.

This is a very special place, great location, peaceful, quiet, clean and easy to get to - perfect for taking a break, relax and recharge from the usual busyness of life! The resort offers great views of the ocean, one of the best sunset we have seen, clean white sandy beach, local food and culture experiences, snorkeling, handline fishing, swimming with Manta rays and many other activities. Most importantly, you will be taken great care of by an incredible team of staff led by Paul and Liti. Special thanks to Nimi, Peci, Anne, Rusi, Fane, Sai, Api, Lai, John, Rauga and La. Nacula Island is gorgeous.

Nacula Island is gorgeous. It has pristine white sand beaches and wonderful snorkeling right off the beaches. There is also good hiking trails to explore and get a birds eye view of the island. There are 4 villages on the island. We visited Nasisili Village and brought Kava Root to the Chief. We were welcomed into his home and village. We also brought school supplies for the children and the Chief's daughter later distributed the supplies to the children and sent us pictures.

Beautiful small island resort - the bush walk recommended. Eating was at the restaurant with a set menu. The ferry takes 3 hours - next time perhaps the helicopter would be better so we didn't have to stay on the mainland a night at each end.
