The hotel is located a bit in the mountains, but easily accessible by car (or a bike, if you’re strong enough). Our room was very clean with an exceptional view on the valley. Food is very good and home made with rather impressive portions (we couldn’t finish even though we have a good appetite). Hosts are very nice too!

Beautiful hotel! Lovely rooms. Stunning views. Great spa facilities. Excellent restaurant with good food and menu choice. The best thing about the hotel, by far, was the staff....smart, friendly, interactive, great fun, happy and efficient. The best staff we met on our tour round France, and the best hotel! Can't wait to go back.

Hotel Eden Lac enjoys a privileged location just 200 meters from the village center and the beach, on the edge of the magnificent Serre-Ponçon lake.

Beautiful location with snow capped alps in the background and lake below (unfortunately level of the lake was very low). Had fantastic dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed other guest’s hospitality. Room very comfortable.

If you’re travelling the Route Napoleon by car from Grasse to Lyon like we were, this hotel makes a perfect half way stop. Not really near anything but next to a Brewpub that fortunately for us, being a Friday, had a great atmosphere and a live band. Room was entirely as expected with nothing whatsoever to complain about. Did not have the time to use the spa facilities and didn’t use the property for either dinner and breakfast as we prefer to go and explore the surroundings.

Just 2 km from Lake Serre-Ponçon, Hôtel & Spa Les Bartavelles sits in a 6-hectare park with outdoor swimming pool, 15 km from Les Orres Ski Resort.

Location was excellent. Most of the staff were ok.

Hotel Le Lac is located in a peaceful setting, just outside the city centre of Embrun. It is close to a lake that has a beach and recreational area.

Wonderful location super scenery food service and staff very good. Excellent breakfast best in my trip. Parking and easy to find. Would love to return and would definitely recommend to others
